BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(A329 MILLENNIUM WAY, BRACKNELL) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2021
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from being driven at a speed exceeding 20 mph on the east bound carriageway along A329 Millennium Way, Bracknell from its junction with Western RBT to Met-Office RBT.
The purpose of this Order is to protect the workforce and public whilst footway amendment works take place under Section 278 agreement.
The Order will come into operation on the 26th July 2021 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. It is currently planned that the speed restriction will be in place from the 26th July 2021 - 13th August 2021.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
