NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 THE PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME OF SVITZER TOWAGE LIMITED (THE "SCHEME") This notice is addressed to current and former employees of Svitzer Marine Limited, Svitzer Towage Limited, Svitzer Eastlands Limited, Felixarc Marine Limited, Adsteam Guernsey Limited, Adsteam Towage Limited, Howard Smith (Felixstowe) Limited, Howard Smith (UK) Limited, Howard Smith (London) Limited, Alexandra Towing Company Limited and London Tugs Limited and their spouses, partners, children and dependants. The above-named occupational pension scheme started to wind up on 12 July 2021. If you think you are entitled to benefits under the Scheme and have not recently received correspondence about the Scheme, please contact the Trustee of the Scheme by writing to: David Noakes, Svitzer Marine Limited, Tees Wharf, Dockside Road, Middlesbrough, TS3 6AB. You should include details of your current address and of any benefits you think you are entitled to. You should provide this information no later than 2 months after the date on which this notice is published, after which the Trustee will proceed to complete the winding-up of the Scheme and will distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
