LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Drop Amersham Limited has applied to Buckinghamshire Council on 07 July 2021 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Drop Wine, 11 The Broadway, Amersham, HP7 0HL tor the sale by retail of alcohol from 09:00 to 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and 09:00 to 00:00 Friday to Saturday, as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, King George V Road, Amersham, Bucks, HP6 5AW or by email to: licensing. 

 to be received by no later than 04 August 2021 slating the grounds for making sard representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website

or by appoiitment at the Councils offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
