The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992 (Regulation 6) Notice of Application for Continuation of Hazardous Substances Consent.

I give notice that Kemira Chemicals (UK) Ltd is applying to City of Bradford Metropolitan Council for continuation of hazardous substances consent for an increase in the maximum quantity of Acrylamide Solution stored and handled on the Kemira Bradford site. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Kemira Reception, Bowling Park Drive, Bradford, BD4 7TT during all reasonable hours until 5 May 2014. Anyone wishing to make representations about this application should write to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Planning, Transportation and Highways Development Management, 3rd Floor Jacob’s Well, Manchester Road, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 5 May 2014.
