Notice is given that Wyld Bars Limited has applied to the Isle of Wight Council for a new premises licence for premises situated at 1 Providence Corner, 37 Pyle Street, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 1XB. For the sale of alcohol, films, live music, dance and anything of a similar description between 11:00 and 00:01 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 and 23:00 on Sunday, recorded music between 11:00 and 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 and 23:00 on Sunday, and late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:01 Monday to Saturday.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plan and other documents submitted between 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:00pm Fridays at: Isle of Wight Council, Licensing Section, Jubilee Stores, The Quay, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 2EH or online at www.iwight.com/ licensing. Please note that due to current COVID 19 restrictions anyone wishing to view application documentation at the Council offices as per above will need to call 01983 823159 to book an appointment to do so.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application should do so in writing, sending all correspondence to the above address by 6TH August 2021. Failure to meet this deadline may jeopardise the chance of having your comments being taken into account. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
