HYSBYSIAD O DAN ERTHYGL10 O GAIS AM GANIATAD CYNLLUNIO (i'w gyflwyno i berchennog* neu denant** neu i'w gyhoeddi mewn papur newydd (ac, os yw'r awdurdod cynllunio lleol yn cynnal un, ar ei wefan))

Datblygiad arfaethedig yn (a) Llwybr llinellol sy'n ymestyn o Kingfisher Walk ym mhen mwyaf gogleddol y cynllun (Dwyrain: 332629 a Gogledd: 188673) i Waith Trin Carthffosiaeth Nash ym mhen mwyaf deheuol y cynllun (Dwyrain: 333559 a Gogledd: 184128). Mae'r rhan fwyaf o safle'r cais wedi'i leoli i'r dwyrain o Afon Wysg, sy'n meddiannu Hawl Dramwy Gyhoeddus Llwybr Arfordir Cymru gerllaw Coronation Park, Coronation Road ac Ystad Ddiwydiannol Felnex. Mae elfennau eraill o safle'r cais yn cael eu defnyddio gan ddefnyddiau tir diwydiannol ac argloddiau rheilffordd yn ardal Llyswyry yng Nghasnewydd. Rwy'n rhoi hysbysiad bod (b) Cyfoeth Naturlol Cymru (CNC) yn gwneud cais i (c) Cyngor Dlnas Casnewydd am ganiatSd cynllunio ar gyfer (d) 'Adeiladu Cynllun Amddiffyn Rhag Llifogydd Stryd Stephenson, sy'n cynnwys adeiladu 6 wal llifogydd (concrit a phentwr dalenni), argloddiau a llwybrau wedi'u hadnewyddu gan gynnwys Llwybr Arfordir Cymru, llifddor i'r brlffordd, ffordd iieddfu llifogydd newydd 0.7 cilometr o hyd, codiadau tir wedi'u lleoleiddio a gwelliannau i geuffosydd i leihau'r tebygolrwydd o berygl llifogydd lianwoi o Afon Wysg a gwaith tirlunio ar hyd y llwybr ac yn Coronation Park, Casnewydd'. NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 10 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION (to be served on an owner* or a tenant**or to be published in a newspaper (and, where the local planning authority maintain one, on their website))

Proposed development at (a) Linear route extending from Kingfisher Walk at the northernmost extent of the scheme (Easting: 332629 and Northing: 188673) ranging to the Nash Sewerage Treatment Works at the southernmost extent of the scheme (Easting: 333559 and Northing: 184128). The majority of the application site is situated to the east of the River Usk, occupying the Wales Coast Path Public Right of Way (PRoW) adjacent to Coronation Park, Coronation Road and the Felnex Industrial Estate. Other elements of the application site are occupied by industrial land uses and railway embankments situated within the Liswerry district of Newport. I give notice that (b) Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is applying to (c) Newport City Council

for planning permission for (d) 'Construction of the Stephenson Street Flood Defence Scheme, incorporating the construction of 6no. flood walls (concrete and sheet pile), refurbished embankments and paths including the Wales Coast Path, a highway flood gate, a new 0.7km flood relief road, localised ground raising and culvert enhancements to reduce the chance of tidal flood risk from the River Usk and landscaping works along the route and at Coronation Park, Newport'.
