(Footpath 22 & 28, Tollesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 22 & 28, Tollesbury in the District of Maldon from Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 17.00 as specified:

Description
Footpath 22, Tollesbury
from its junction with the gate on the counterwall in a southerly direction for approximately 180 metres.
Footpath 28, Tollesbury
from its junction with the gate at the RSPB offices in a north westerly direction for approximately 472 metres to the subsequent gate.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 26 July 2021 to 01 October 2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce whilst ecological improvement works are undertaken. The alternative route for Footpath 22, Tollesbury will be via the adjacent raised path running parallel to Footpath 22 as signposted and vice versa. The alternative route for Footpath 28, Tollesbury will be via a signposted path starting and finishing on the RSPB permissive footpath re-joining Footpath 28 and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26 July 2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Grange Road, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grange Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 41 Om east of its junction with Wickham Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 115m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS261597 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Green Lane, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 130m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA71215558B - Openreach). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Lane, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Lower Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 170m in a northerly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Downs Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 190m north west of its junction with Chelmer Terrace for a distance of approximately 60m in a north westerly direction. (Ship Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of Ship Road, Bumham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 55m in a northerly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in Ship Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Orchard Road to its junction with High Street as detailed in the 'Essex County Council (Various Roads, Burnham on Crouch) (One-Way) Traffic Order 1996 for the duration of the above closure only for access. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC325CE-SHIP17 - Openreach).
