Essex County Council has received further Information, comprising updated assessments addressing Hydrology; Noise; Air Quality; Geo Environmental; Health Impact and Lighting in relation to an Environmental Statement which was submitted with a planning application made by Archers Fields Energy Recovery Ltd for Development of an Energy Recovery Facility, ancillary office block and associated Infrastructure on land to the South of Archers Fields Close, Burnt Mills Industrial Estate, Basildon, Essex, SS131DN- ESS/120/20/BAS

(Mons Avenue, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mons Avenue, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Prince Edward Road to its junction with Thynne Road a distance of approximately 185m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2021 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN01332560A - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains renewal works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Greens Farm Lane, Prince Edward Road, Thynne Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Rectory Road, Hawkwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Hawkwell in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Magnolia Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northwesterly then southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st August 2021 fori night (00:01 -10:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL701SSV-37-40-010821 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safely of tie public and workforce while railway bridge inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via Hall Road, Hall Road Roundabout, Elizabeth Gardens, Ashingdon Road, Rectory Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rectory Road, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Magnolia Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northwesterly then southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2021 for 6 nights (19:00 -04:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153062224 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while traffic pole replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Hall Road, Hall Road Roundabout, Elizabeth Gardens, Ashingdon Road, Ashingdon Road Cut, Rectory Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Southend Road, Great Burstead and South Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southend Road, Great Burstead and South Green in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 75m southeast of its junction with Hickstars Lane for a distance of approximately 20m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC00805AUGEAFJG658 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground maintenance works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Southend Road, Hickstars Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lark Hill Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lark Hill Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 460m east of its junction with Hyde Wood Lane for a distance of approximately 125m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA70555028 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Lark Hill Road, Canewdon Road, Ashingdon Road, Brays Lane, Apton Hall Road, Scotts Hall Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the eadier.

(Manor Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Manor Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Woodside Avenue, a distance of approximately 460m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd July 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2316300 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Church Road, Roseberry Avenue, Woodside Avenue and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.8) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1 To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2 Atemporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping" restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stepping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 8th July 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Rochford as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stepping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
