Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Tile Kiln Farm for Continued importation of inert waste material without compliance with condition 9 (vehicle movement limits) attached to planning permission ref: ESS/95/20/BTE at Tile Kiln Farm, Hedingham Road, Sible Hedingham, Essex, C091UP-ESS/69/21/BTE

(Highfields, Great Yeldham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Highfields, Great Yeldham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with North Road for a distance of approximately 125m in an easterly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2307186 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via North Road, Leather Lane, Highfields and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until tile works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Starlings Hill, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Starlings Hill, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 470m north west of its junction with Braintree Road for a distance of approximately 245m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30033413823 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Southey Green, Horn Hill, Innham Hill, Lamb Lane, Potter Street, Queen Street, Braintree Road, Starlings Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Tumblers Green/Greenstead Green Road, Sflsted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tumblers Green/Greenstead Green Road, SrJsted in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Priors Green for a distance of approximately 600m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th August 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT012-E-HHGABE - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast fibre optic broadband works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited. An alternative route is available via Priors Green, Madgements Road, Lordsland Lane, Rectory Road, The Street, Back Lane, Greenstead Green Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Street, Great Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Great Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Lucking Street to its junction with Toldish Hall Road a distance of approximately 650m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th July 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2304947 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching and kerbing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Lucking Street, Toldish Hall Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Rectory Road, Stisted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Stisted in the District of Braintree, from its junction with White House Road to its junction with Kings Lane a distance of approximately 660m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT019-E-HHGABE -Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited.
An alternative route is available via The Street, Back Lane, Greenstead Green Road, Tumblers Green, Priors Green, Lordsland Lane, Madgements Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Withies Green, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) & (Hollies Road, Bradwell) (Temporary Suspension of 7.5T Weight Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Withies Green, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Lanham Farm Road for a distance of approximately 1320m in a northerly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight restriction in that length of Hollies Road, Bradwell in the District of Braintree, from its junction with A120 for a distance of approximately 755m in a southerly direction as detailed in the 'Essex County Council (Hollies Road, Bradwell) (7.5 Tonne Weight Limit) Order 2007' for the duration of the above closure only.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2302106 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via A120 From J A131 /b1256 To J B1024 North Of Coggeshall, Coggeshall Road, A120 J A131/b1256 Roundabout, Marks Roundabout, Braintree Bypass, A120 From J A131 /b1256 To J B1018 W, A120 J B1018 Roundabout, Galley Roundabout, Long Green, Ashes Road, Lanham Green Road, Lanham Green and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
