LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Application has been made by Ed's Easy Diner Group Limited to the Licensing Authority of Brighton & Hove City Council for a Premises Licence for Ed's Easy Diner, Unit C2, Churchill Square, Brighton, BN1 2TE. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 23:00.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
