Notice of application for a licence for the grant of a SPECIAL TREATMENT LICENCE. Notice is hereby given that Roseane Shekinah Makeup Artist & Micropigmentation has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the grant of a Special Treatment Licence at: 59A Essex Road, London E10 6EG. The nature of the application is to carry out the following treatments): Eyebrow micropigmentation, Lips Micropigmentation, Eye brown design, Facials, Artistic Make Up and hair extensions. Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Officer, Resident Services, Licensing Service, 3 The Square, Leyton, London E10 5NR specifying the grounds of opposition. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person before a Committee of the Council.
