ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED. THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
NORTH DOWNS CRESCENT. NEW ADDINGTON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate pipe laying works on behalf of SGN they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict parking in North Downs Crescent, New Addington.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and temporary waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced operating "at any time" on both sides of North Downs Crescent between its junction with North Downs Road and a point 15 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos. 85 and 87 North ?owns Crescent.
3. The Order will come into operation on the 19 July 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

WHYTECLIFFE ROAD NORTH. PURLEY
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate building development works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Whytecliffe Road North, Purley.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, temporary double yellow line waiting restrictions operating 'at any time' will be introduced in Whytecliffe Road North:-
a) On the south-east (even-numbered) side between its junction with Redbarn Close and its south-western extremity;
b) On the north-west (odd-numbered) side between its southwestern extremity and a point 16 metres north-east of that extremity (extending to the south-western end of the free parking bay).
3. The Order will come into operation on 19 July 2021 and will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) a vehicle being used to carry out the said works;
(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ABERDEEN ROAD. CROYDON
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer repair works on behalf of Thames Water, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Aberdeen Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Aberdeen Road will be closed north-eastbound (from South End towards St. Peter's Road) between its junction with South End and No. 3 Aberdeen Road.
3. During the works the alternative routes for diverted traffic will be via South End, Selsdon Road and St Peter's Road, or via South End, High Street, Fell Road, Park Lane and St Peter's Road, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on the 02 August 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately 12 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
6. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(b) A vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CONVENT HILL. UPPER NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main installation works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Convent Hill, Upper Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Convent Hill will be closed at its junction with Beulah Hill.
3. Whilst the restriction is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Ryefield Road, Hermitage Road and Beulah Hill, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 02 August 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 06 August 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

SUNDRIDGE PLACE. CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a cable for a new connection on behalf of UKPN they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict traffic in Sundridge Place.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Sundridge Place will be closed outside Nos. 2 to 4.
3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Sundridge Road, Lower Addiscombe Road, Inglis Road and vice versa, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 02 August 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within nine days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
