Licensing Act 2003 Application for a new Premises Licence Notice is given that McCarthy & Stone Limited has applied to Cheshire West & Chester Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for Marbury Court (Retirement Living), Chester Way, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 5FQ to allow the sale, by retail, of alcohol on the premises only to homeowners and their invited guests; Monday to Sunday 1100 hours to 2300 hours and New Year's Eve 1100 hours to 0100 hours. The application may be inspected during office hours by appointment at The Licensing Unit, Cheshire West & Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port CH65 0BE Email: Licensing@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk Any representations to the application shall be in writing stating the grounds of the said representation and received at the above address on or before 6 August 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
