THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN (HARDMAN STREET, BLACKBURN) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2021 COMPULSORY PURCHASE OF LAND IN BLACKBURN
Notice is hereby given that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has made the The Borough of Blackburn with Darwen (Hardman Street Blackbum) Compulsory Purchase Order 2021 under section 226(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. It is about to submit this order to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for confirmation, and if confirmed, the order will authorise Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council to purchase compulsorily the land described below for the purpose of development, re-development or improvement of that land for residential development. Any objection to the order must be made in writing to the Ministry for Housing Communities and Local Government, Unit 5 St Philips Place, Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2PW before 30th July 2021 and should state the title of the order, the grounds of objection and the objector's address and interests in the land.
