Any person or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Section Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS Where the application may be inspected during normal office hours Monday Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm. Representations must be received by no later than 4th August 2021. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000), under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
