NOTICE Is given that the Hertfordshire County Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Tudor Avenue, Watford from its junction with A41 North Western Avenue Colne Way south westwards for a distance of approximately 16m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via A41 (North Western Avenue Colne Way/North Western Avenue), A412 St Albans Road, Bushey Mill Lane and Tudor Avenue. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HILFIELD LANE, ALDENHAM) ORDER N0.3 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Hilfield Lane, Aldenham from a point in line with the southern boundary of 'Buckland' north westwards for a distance of approximately 60m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Hilfield Lane, Summerhouse Lane, Pegmire Lane and Hilfield Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 29 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SARRATT ROAD, SARRATT) ORDER N0.2 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sarratt Road, Sarratt from its junction with the access road leading to 'York House School' north westwards for a distance of approximately 87m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Sarratt Road, The Green, A412 (Scots Hill/Park Road), A404 (Chorleywood Road/Rickmansworth Road), Solesbridge Lane and Sarratt Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SANDY LANE, BUSHEY) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sandy Lane, Bushey from a point 126m north west of its junction with Little Bushey Lane north westwards and north eastwards for a distance of approximately 142m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Sandy Lane, Little Bushey Lane, B462 Hartspring Lane, A41 Elton Way and Sandy Lane.
The Order is needed because the repair and renewal of an existing service pipe is proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 31 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE CENTRAL RESERVATION GAP SITUATED ON A41 NORTH WESTERN AVENUE COLNE WAY, WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the central reservation gap situated on A41 North Western Avenue Colne Way, Watford from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.82 Colne Way south eastwards for a distance of approximately 23m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via A41 (North Western Avenue Colne Way/North Western Avenue), the A41 The Dome roundabout and A41 (North Western Avenue/ North Western Avenue Colne Way) or via A41 (North Western Avenue Colne Way/ Otterspool Way), the A1 (M) (junction 5) roundabout and A41 (Otterspool Way/North Western Avenue Colne Way).
The Order is needed because traffic signal refurbishment works are proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 26 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular
traffic from using that length of Long Lane, Mill End from a point in line with the
southern boundary of No.60 Long Lane north westwards for a distance of
approximately 24m ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being
carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained
whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Kilby Close, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road south eastwards, south westwards and north eastwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. the road fronting Nos.83-93 Newhouse Crescent, Watford from its junction with Newhouse Crescent south westwards and south eastwards for its entire length. traffic from using that length of Windmill Drive, Croxley Green from a point in line
with the western boundary of No.34 Windmill Drive south westwards for a distance
of approximately 15m ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the worts are being
carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained
whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular
traffic from using the access road leading to 'Watford High Street Station', Watford
from a point 60m north west of its junction with Lower High Street north
westwards for its entire length ("the Road").
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being
canned out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained
whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because bollard installation works are proposed to be
executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 16 July 2021 for a period
of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the

An alternative route will be via Richfield Road, Garratts Road, Coombe Road, tvinghoe Road, Chiltem Avenue, Little Bushey Lane and Richfield Road. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Merry Hill Road, Bushey from a point 90m south east of its junction with Haydon Dell south eastwards for a distance of approximately 77m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Merry Hill Road, A411 (London Road/High Street), School Lane and Merry Hill Road.
The Order is needed because utility service worts are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 15 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months.
