TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
CROSSTREE LANE, ASH LANE, GLYNNE WAY AND GLADSTONE WAY, HAWARDEN AND COTTAGE LANE AND MANCOT LANE, MANCOT
PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th July 2021, Flintshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Part IV of Schedule 9, the Traffic Management Act 2004, and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to amend The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013 so as to introduce:
1. 'No Waiting At Any Time' restrictions-:

a. At various locations on both sides of Crosstree Lane, Hawarden,

b. At the junction of Crosstree Lane with Gladstone Way, Hawarden.

c. At the junction of Crosstree Lane with Glynne Way, Hawarden.

d. At various locations on both sides of Ash Lane, Hawarden

e. At various locations on both sides of Cottage Lane, Mancot.

f. At various locations on both sides of Mancot Lane, Mancot

2. No Waiting Monday - Friday 8.30am - 9.30am and 2.30pm - 4.00pm' restrictions-: a At various locations on the South East sides of Ash Lane, Hawarden

In all other respects the present provisions of the 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.

(PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 14 IN THE COMMUNITY OF HAWARDEN (HIGHER SHOTTON)) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2021
The above Order was made on the 29th June 2021.
The effect of the Order will be to dwert that section of Public Footpath No. 14 in ttie Community of Hawarden (Higher Shotton) in the County of Flintshire from a point at NGR 33135 36825 initially in a Southerly direction and then curving in a general^ Westerly direction to a point at NGR 33125 36809 for a total distance of approximate^ 210 metres as indicated by a bold black line between points A and B on the Order map and create an alternative footpatti instead on a line running from a point at NGR 33135 36825 initially in a generally Westerly direction then turning into a general V Southerly direction for a total distance of approximately 245 metres to connect with the rest of Public Footpath No. 14 at NGR 33125 36809, as indicated by a bold black dashed line between points A and B on the Order map. Any representation or objection relating to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Chief Officer (Planning, Environment and Economy) at the address below (quoting reference RS/NJD/11/3/303) no later than 6th August 2021. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Flintshire County Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the Order is submitted to the Welsh Government for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order. RS/NJD/11/3/303

SUBJECT LAND LOCATED AT HAWKESBURY ROAD, BUCKLEY, FLINTSHIRE, CH7 3HR.
Flintshire County Council; Streetscene and Transportation has applied to the Welsh Ministers for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Buckley Common relating to land adjacent to Hawkesbury Road, Buckley, Flintshire CH7 3HR.
The proposed works are the construction of a 3 metre wide shared use path, for cyclists and pedestrians, which will run adjacent to Hawkesbury Road, linking the existing footways on the east and west sides of the common land. A copy of the application form and map showing the proposed works can be inspected at Buckley Connects Centre between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm weekdays (not public holidays) until the 5th August 2021
