Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Notice is hereby given that Epping Forest has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the grant of a Premises Licence at Epping Forest Visitor Centre, Queen Elizabeth Hunting Lodge and surrounding grounds, Rangers Road, Chingford, E4 7QH. The application seeks to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, the provision of recorded music and anything of a similar description to live and recorded music, daily from 9:00 - 23:30. The showing of films, provision of plays and live music, daily 11:00 - 23:30. Late night refreshments, daily 23:00 - 23:30. The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, 3 The Square, Leyton, E10 5NR. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm (except Bank Holidays). Representations must be received no later than 1st August 2021. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
