NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to Sections 15 & 16 of the Audit Commission Act 1998, the Accounts and Audit (England) Regulations 2011(SI 2011 No 817) and the Audit Commission’s Code of Audit Practice: 1. from 9 May 2014 to 06 June 2014 inclusive, between 9.30am and 4.30pm any person interested, on application to the Clerk of the Board 2-4 Jockey Lane Knaresborough, HG5 0HG, may inspect and make copies of the accounts of the above-named Board for the year ended 31 March 2014 and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts relating thereto: 2. on or after 9 June 2014 Littlejohn LLP, (Ref: SBA) 2nd Floor 1 Westferry Circus Canary Wharf London E14 4HD, at the request of any local government elector for the area to which the accounts relate, will give the elector or his representative an opportunity to question them about the accounts and make objections to the accounts or any item in them. No such objections may be made unless the auditors have previously received written notice of the objection and the grounds on which it is made and a copy of such notice sent to the Board.
