Wickham Bishops Neighbourhood Plan

Following an Independent Examination and a positive Referendum result (Referendum held 6 May 2021), Maldon District Council decided to formally 'make' the Wickham Bishops Neighbourhood Plan on 30 June 2021 (under section 38A(4) of the above Act). This Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the development plan for Maldon District and the policies in the Plan will be given full weight when assessing planning applications in the neighbourhood area.
