Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to temporarily introduce a 40mph speed restriction on A) A360 (Part), Winterbourne Stoke; from its junction with A303 to its junction with B3086 to enable Osbourne to carry out construction of works compound with access and associated works. This Order will come into operation on 02 August 2021 and will be required until 11 November 2021. For further information please contact Highways England on 0300 1235000. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: B) Wick Lane (Part), Downton; from its junction with Mesh Pond for a distance of 400 metres in a westerly direction to enable BT to carry out Access to overhead cables and associated works. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. This Order will come into operation on 03 August 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for one day. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: C) Lahore Road, Tidworth; from its junction with A338 to its junctions with Meerut Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out reconstruction of bridge and associated works. Alternative route via A338 - Meerut Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 July 2021 and the closure will be required between until 19 November 2021. Alternative route D) via Windsor Road (unaffected length) - Fisherton Street - Wilton Road and vice versa. Alternative route (E): No alternative route is available, access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. This Order will come into operation on 12 July 2021 and the closures will be required 24 hours as follows; D) Monday 19 July 2021 until Friday 23 July 2021; E) Monday 12 July 2021 until Friday 23 July 2021. This Order which previously came into operation on 22 April 2021 will now recommence on 12 July 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for one day. Alternative route via C276 - High Street - A30 - Sutton Hill - Panters Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 18 June 2021 will now recommence on 13 July 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for one day. The closures, diversion routes and speed limit restriction will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

Notice of Making an Order Highways Act 1980 and Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 The Wiltshire Council PARISH OF CHICKLADE PATH NO.15 CREATION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2021
The above order, made on 25th June 2021 under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a public bridleway over land at Pertwood Manor Farm, Hindon, SP3 6TAfrom OS Grid ref ST 8875 3590 leading broadly south south easterly to OS Grid ref ST 8901 3544 then leading east and north to ST 8921 3550 then leading broadly east to ST 8978 3537, with a width of 4 metres and an approximate length of 1,370 metres. If confirmed the order will also have the effect of modifying the Mere and Tisbury Rural District Council Area definitive map dated 1952 accordingly. If confirmed the order will also have the effect of modifying the Mere and Tisbury Rural District Council Area definitive map dated 1952 accordingly.
