Notice is hereby given that ACAVA has applied for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for premises at: Hadleigh Old Fire Station, High St, Hadleigh, Essex SS7 2PA.

The licence is for a range of community arts and sports activities including: art exhibitions and events, performances of singing and live music, drama and art classes, keep fit and exercise classes, local history events, fairs and markets. Some activities are run by clubs, many events are open to the public. Regulated Entertainment will take place between the hours of 09:00hrs to 24:00hrs Monday to Sunday and Late Night Refreshment from 23:00hrs to 24:00hrs Monday to Sunday.

Representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing by 14 May 2104 to: the Licencing Dept. Castle Point Borough Council, Kiln Road, Thundersley, Benfleet, Essex SS7 1TF.

The register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 16.30 Monday to Friday except public holidays.

 It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
