PETITION FOR COMPANY RESTORATION An action has been raised in Glasgow Sheriff Court with reference GLW-B548-21, by MAKHAN SINGH, an individual residing at 42 Sherbrooke Avenue, Pollokshaws, Glasgow G41 4SB, PETITIONER, for restoration of CALVAY SUPERSTORE LIMITED to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 1029 (1) (c) (ii) of the Companies Act 2006.
