Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Old Boathouse, Higher Green Lane.Asdey.Tyldesley, Manchester, M29 7JB for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no 2132-501 & 2132-OS). The changes consists enhancement of existing external garden areas and introduction of a new external bar servery to store area (former garage). Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. The locations of fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessmentAny detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plans regulations is indicative only and subject to change at any time. To also add and remove several conditions from the operating schedule in order to further promote the licensing objectives. All other hours, activities and conditions currently permitted by the premises are to remain unchanged by this application. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive.
