SEAFORTH GARDENS N21-TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to maintain public safety during the delivery of equipment in connection with an event in Grovelands Park (Seaforth Gardens N21 entrance), the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Seaforth Gardens N21) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2021 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit traffic from waiting and loading on Seaforth Gardens N21 from its junction with Broad Walk N21 to the entrance of Grovelands Park on both sides of the carriageway between the hours of 9am-5pm, as and when directed by signage.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above will not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services vehicles.

4. The prohibitions will come into operation on 14/15th July and 11/12th August 2021 and will continue in force between the hours of 9am-5pm.
