APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Admiral Taverns Piccadilly Limited has applied to Wirral Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as The Eastham Ferry, Ferry Road, Eastham, CH62 0AU.
The proposed variation application is to request an increase of the licensed area to include permission for sales of alcohol from an outside bar. The hours we wish for Licensable Activities to place outside are as below:
Sale of Alcohol Monday - Saturday: 10:00 - 22:00 Sunday: 11:00-22:00 If you wish to make any representations in connection with this application, you must write to: Wirral Council, Licensing Section, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, Wirral, CH44 8ED on or before 29th July 2021. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
