IN THE ESTATE OF KENNETH FARNELL deceased Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of KENNETH FARNELL late of 27 Tyrrell Road, Benfleet in the County of Essex SS7 5DH who died on 22nd day of March 2020 whose Will was proved by Lynne Elizabeth Goodwin one of the Executors therein named with Power reserved to another Executor on the 16th June 2021 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the 28th day of September 2021 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims of which they have notice.
