(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN REDHALL LANE, CHANDLERS CROSS) ORDER 2021
NOTICE Is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Redhall Lane, Chandlers Cross from its junction with Fir Tree Hill north westwards and south westwards to its {unction with Sarratt Road, a distance of approximately 1013m, ("the Road") except for access.
An alternative route will be via Fir Tree Hill, Langleybury Lane, A41 (Watford Road/Hempstead Road), A411 (Hempstead Road/Hyde Road/The Avenue), A412 (St Albans Road/Rickmansworth Road/Watford Road), The Green and Sarratt Road or via Sarratt Road, The Green, A412 (Watford Road/ Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road),A411 Hempstead Road, A41 (Hempstead Road/Watford Road), Langleybury Lane and Fir Tree Hill. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 19 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF WATFORD BOROUGH PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.058) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using Watford Borough Public Footpath No.058 from its junction with A4125 Eastbury Road south eastwards for a distance of approximately 44m ("the Public Footpath"). An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the south side of A4125 Eastbury Road, the footway situated on the west side of Woodways, the footway situated on the north side of Meadowbank, the footway situated on the norm side of The Pastures and Watford Borough Public Footpath No.058. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Public Footpath.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 19 July 2021 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Public Footpath. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HAREFIELD ROAD, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER N0.22021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Harefield Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with the access road leading to 'Woodcock Hill Industrial Estate' north westwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 300m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Harefield Road, A404 Church Street, the A404 Riverside Drive roundabout, A404 (Church Street/London Road/Rickmansworth Road), A4180 Ducks Hill Road, Breakspear Road, Breakspear Road South, Breakspear Road North, Rickmansworth Road and Harefield Road. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 22 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bucks Hill, Kings Langley from a point 384m south east of its junction with Quickmoor Lane south eastwards for a distance of approximately 150m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Bucks Hill, The Common, The Street, Dunny Lane, Poles Hill, The Green, Dimmocks Lane, Sarratt Road, Redhall Lane, Chandlers Lane, Toms Hill and Bucks Hill. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Coppermill Lane, West Hyde from its junction with Old Uxbridge Road norm eastwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 1026m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Old Uxbridge Road, Chalfont Lane, A412 (Denham Way/Norm Orbital Road), Moorfield Road, Moorhall Road, Harvil Road, Church Hill, High Street, Park Lane and Coppermill Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Whippendell Road, Watford from its junction with King Georges Avenue south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with Queens Avenue, a distance of approximately 376m.
An alternative route will be via Whippendell Road, Ascot Road, A412 (Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road), the A411 Beechen Grove roundabout, A412 (St Albans Road/Rickmansworih Road),A4l78 (Cassio Road/Merton Road/Wiggenhall Road/Farraline Road),A4145 (Vicarage Road/Hagden Lane) and Queens Avenue or via Queens Avenue, A4145 (Hagden Lane/Vicarage Road),A4178 (Feamley Street/The Homets/Merton Road/Cassio Road), A412 Rickmansworm Road, Ascot Road and Whippendell Road.
2. that length of Hagden Lane, Watford from its junction with Princes Avenue south westwards to its junction with Whippendell Road, a distance of approximately 72m.
An alternative route will be via Hagden Lane, A412 (Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road), the A411 Beechen Grove roundabout, A412 (St Albans Road/ Rickmansworth Road),A4178 (Cassio Road/Merton Road/Wiggenhall Road/ Farraline Road), A4145 (Vicarage Road/Hagden Lane) and Hagden Lane or via Hagden Lane,A4145 (Hagden Lane/Vicarage Road),A4178 (Feamley Street/ The Homets/Merton Road/Cassio Road), A412 Rickmansworth Road and Hagden Lane.
3. that length of Hagden Lane, Watford from its junction with Sydney Road north westwards and north eastwards to its junction with Whippendell Road, a distance of approximately 80m.
An alternative route will be via Hagden Lane, A4145 (Hagden Lane/Vicarage Road),A4l78 (Feamley Street/The Homets/Merton Road/Cassio Road), A412 Rickmansworth Road and Hagden Lane or via Hagden Lane, A412 (Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road), the A411 Beechen Grove roundabout, A412 (St Albans Road/Rickmansworth Road),A4178 (Cassio Road/Merton Road/Wiggenhall Road/Farraline Road),A4l45 (Vicarage Road/Hagden Lane) and Hagden Lane.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Hunton Bridge Hill, Hunton Bridge from its junction with Upper Highway south westwards to its junction with Hamilton Road, a distance of approximately 188m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via South Way, Langley Lane, Tibbs Hill Road, High Street, Gallows Hill Lane, Gallows Hill and Hamilton Road. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 5 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF DAGGER LANE, ELSTREE) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Dagger Lane, Elstree from its junction with A41 Tylers Way north eastwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 790m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via A41 Tylers Way, A411 (Elstree Road/Watford Road), Aldenham Road and Dagger Lane. The Order is needed because water main diversion works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 5 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE FOOTPATH FRONTING NOS.49-69 CROMWELL ROAD AND THE FOOTPATH FRONTING NOS.2-14 STANNINGTON PATH, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the following lengths of footpaths ("the Footpaths"):-
1. the footpath fronting Nos.49-69 Cromwell Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Theobald Street north eastwards to its junction with Cromwell Road, a distance of approximately 79m.
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the north side o1 Theobald Street, the footpath fronting Nos.71 -83 Cromwell Road and the footway situated on the south side of Cromwell Road.
2. the footpath fronting Nos.2-14 Stannington Path, Borehamwood from its junction with Warenford Way north westwards to its junction with Gateshead Road, a distance of approximately 74m.
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the north side of Warenford Way, the footpath fronting Nos.1-15 Stannington Path and the footway situated on the south side of Gateshead Road. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Footpaths.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 5 July 2021 for a period of up to 6 months. NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Gonville Avenue, Croxley Green from a point in line with the southern boundary of No.4 Gonville Avenue northwards for a distance of approximately 12m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Gonville Avenue, A412 Watford Road and Gonville Avenue.
The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress: -
1. that length of Bowmans Green, Watford from its junction with Fairfolds north westwards, south westwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 160m.
An alternative route will be via Bowmans Green, Kingfisher Way, York Way, Phillipers and Bowmans Green.
2. that length of Cherry Tree Road, Watford from its junction with Foxhill north eastwards to its junction with Berry Avenue, a distance of approximately 240m. An alternative route will be via Cherry Tree Road, Beechwood Rise, Hazel Tree Road, Leggatts Wood Avenue, Ash Tree Road and Berry Avenue.
3. that length of Forest Road, Watford from its junction with Haines Way north westwards, westwards and southwards for a distance of approximately 313m. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
4. that length of Money Hill Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with West Way south eastwards for a distance of approximately 75m.
An alternative route will be via West Way, Field Way, Mount View and Money Hill Road.
5. that length of Puttenham Close, South Oxhey from its junction with Ralston Way south westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
6. that length of Ralston Way, South Oxhey from its junction with Hayling Road south eastwards to its junction with Birkdale Gardens, a distance of approximately 111m.
An alternative route will be via Hayling Road, B4542 Prestwick Road and Birkdale Gardens.
7. that length of Stud Green, Watford from its junction with The Brow north westwards and clockwise for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
8. that length of The Avenue, Watford from its junction with Stratford Road south eastwards to its junction with Alexandra Road, a distance of approximately 240m.
An alternative route will be via Stratford Road, Langley Road and Alexandra Road.
9. that length of Stratford Road, Watford from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.53 Stratford Road south westwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
10. that length of The Byeway, Rickmansworth from its junction with Batchworth Hill south westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
11. that length of Toms Lane, Kings Langley from its junction with High Street south westwards, north westwards and south westwards to its junction with Primrose Hill, a distance of approximately 2355m.
An alternative route will be via High Street, Bedmond Road, Tibbs Hill Road, Langley Lane, Aerodrome Way, Ashfields, High Road, A41 (North Western Avenue/Hempstead Road/Watford Road),A4251 Watford Road, Home Park Mill Link and Station Road or via Station Road, Home Park Mill Link, A4251 Watford Road, A41 (Watford Road/Hempstead Road/North Western Avenue/ Gadeside), Aerodrome Way, Langley Lane, Tibbs Hill Road, Bedmond Road and High Street.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 5 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
