PUBLIC NOTICE Licensing Application - Licensing Act 2003 The Stables @ Kirklevington Limited Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton-On-Tees Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Town End Farm, Kirklevington, Yarm, TS15 9PZ and known as The Stables Coffee House & Bistro. The application is to permit the following licensable activities: - The retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday between 11:00 and 23:00 - Live music Monday to Sunday between 11:00 and 23:00 - Recorded music Monday to Sunday between 9:00 and 23:00. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing by 20/07/2021 and sent to: The Licensing Service, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton-On- Tees, TS18 1LD. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the website at www.stockton.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
