I Mr Volkan Yildirim applied on 21 June 2021 for a variation of a premises licence at Castle Pizza, Kebab, Burger House, 7-8 Castle Street, Trowbridge, BA14 8AR for the addition of the sale of alcohol to the licence for consumption off the premises on Sundays to Wednesdays 10:00 - 01:00 hours and Thursdays 10:00 - 02:00 hours and Fridays and Saturdays 10:00 - 03:00 hours and for the existing non - standard timings for late night refreshment

Representations may be made until 22 July 2021.

The application can be viewed by prior appointment.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
