(Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment Number 19 part 1) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order:
1. To amend restrictions in the Borough of Colchester as follows: to change the school entrance markings on Baronswood Way, Colchester, to 'No Stepping Mon-Fri 8.30am-9.30am 2.30pm-4pm on Entrance Markings'; to change the school entrance markings on Camulodunum Way, Colchester, to 'No Stopping 8.30am-9.30am 2.45pm-3.45pm on Entrance Markings'; to introduce 'Residents Permit Parking Area LA1 Mon-Fri 10-2pm excluding Bank and Public Holidays' on Longacre, Colchester; to change the limited waiting bays on William Harris Way, Colchester, to 'Limited Waiting 8am-6pm Maximum Stay 2 Hours No Return Within 2 Hours'; to introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' on Churchfields in West Mersea and New Farm Road, Old Chapel Drive, Holly Road, Juniper Road, Villa Road, Blackberry Road, Tollgate Drive, Lucy Lane North, Dale Close, Halstead Road in Stanway, Colchester; and to introduce 'No Waiting At Any Time' junction protections on the junctions of Prior Way and Longacre, Roosevelt Way and Bam Hall Avenue, Brittany Way and Churchill Way, Thornwood and Mill Road and Stalin Road at its junctions with Mulberry Avenue, Normandy Avenue, Churchill Avenue, Roosevelt Way, Montgomery Close in Colchester and Paget Road and Taylors Road in Rowhedge. Also, to introduce 'No Stopping At Any Time' red route restrictions on Holly Road and Blackberry Road in Stanway, Colchester and on the junctions of Holt Drive and Maraschino Crescent in Colchester; Osprey Close and Western Approach and Osprey Close and Robin Crescent in Stanway, Colchester.
2. To amend Schedule 3 in The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to append the items set out in Schedule 1 of this notice.
3. To amend Schedule 5 in The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to append the items set out in Schedule 2 of this notice.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing the following tile numbers with revision 1 TL945 237, TL945 252, TL950 237, TL950 240, TL950 247, TL960 247, TL960 250, TL980 220, TL980 222, TL985 225, TL990 265, TL990 267, TL995 220, TL995 280, TM005125.TM025 212 andTM025 215; and inserting tile numbers TM000 212JM000 235, TM005 235 at revision 0.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on Monday 9th August 2021.

(Colchester Road, Peldon) (Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction in that length of Colchester Road, Peldon in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Langenhoe Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 685m in a southerly direction. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2021 for 3 days (10:00-15:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2288379 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Coles Oak Lane, Dedham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coles Oak Lane, Dedham in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 305m west of its junction with Monks Lane North for a distance of approximately 85m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30015464223 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by JK Power Networks.

(The Commons, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of The Commons, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Van Dyck Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a north westerly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stepping restriction in the above length of road for the duration of the closure only.
"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stepping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2021 for 13 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2311678 - Essex County Council). The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while zebra crossing installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Harts Lane, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Harts Lane, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 135m south east of its junction with Old Ipswich Road for a distance of approximately 230m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC6GW65H001 - Openreach). (Jays Lane, Marks Tey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Jays Lane, Marks Tey in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 90m south west of its junction with Godmans Lane for a distance of approximately 130m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03154595794 - Anglian Water). (Parkhurst Green Lane, Wakes Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Parkhurst Green Lane, Wakes Colne in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 70m north west of its junction with Middle Green for a distance of approximately 90m in a north westerly direction. (Station Road, Thorrington) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Thorrington in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Great Bentley Road a distance of approximately 20m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st July 2021 for 1 night (00:01-08:30), or where stated on a valid permit

(St Johns Green/Flagstaff Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) & (St Johns Green, Colchester) (Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of St Johns Green/Flagstaff Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Southway to the junction with Walsingham Road (including all branches) a total distance of approximately 188m.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in that length of St Johns Way, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester between its junction with Southway and a point opposite the western boundary with St Giles Graveyard as detailed in 'The Borough of Colchester (Stanwell Street and St Johns Green) (One Way) Order 1974 for the duration of the above closure only.
3. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of St Johns Green/Flagstaff Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester for the duration of the above closure only.

(Coggeshall Road, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coggeshall Road, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 21 Om south of its junction with Hunters Chase for a distance of approximately 390m in a south westerly then easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th July 2021 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EC30099749897 - UK Power Networks).
