(Lark Hill Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lark Hill Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 460m east of its junction with Hyde Wood Lane for a distance of approximately 125m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd July 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA70555028 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Lark Hill Road, Canewdon Road, Ashingdon Road, Brays Lane, Apton Hall Road, Scotts Hall Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Manor Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Manor Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Woodside Avenue, a distance of approximately 460m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd July 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2316300 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, Roseberry Avenue, Woodside Avenue and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 8th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.8) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stepping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stepping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 8th July 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older:
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close that length of A13 Pitsea Bypass from the Thurrock Borough Council boundary for a distance of approximately 5420m in an eastbound direction to where it joins the A1245.

2. To temporarily close that length of Eastbound onslip to the A13 Pitsea Bypass from Broadway Link Roundabout a distance of approximately 300m.

3. To temporarily close that length of the eastbound offlip from A13 Pitsea Bypass to the junction with Sadlers Farm Roundabout a distance of approximately 710m.

4. To temporarily close that length of the onslip from A130 to join the A130 westbound from the northern junction of the New Bypass Basildon Roundabout (drivers to go eastbound only)

5. To temporarily close that length of the onslip from New Bypass Basildon Roundabout to A130 westbound a distance of approximately 110m.

6. To temporarily close that length of the A130/A13 from the junction with A1245 for a distance of approximately 4750m in a westbound direction only.

7. To temporarily close that length of the onslip from Canvey Way to the A13 westbound a distance of approximately 715m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 4th July 2021 for 2 nights (21:00-05:00) (eastbound night closure on the 5th July 2021 & westbound night closure on the 6th July 2021), or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231005156 - Balfour Beatty). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while core testing works are undertaken by Balfour Beatty. Alternative routes are available via

Canvey Way, Sadlers Farm Roundabout, Canvey Way, A130, A130 New Bypass, A1245, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road A130 to A127 Westbound, A127, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A127 to A132 Westbound, Nevendon Road Roundabout, East Mayne, East Mayne Roundabout, East Mayne, Felmores Roundabout, East Mayne, Broadmayne Roundabout, A132, Broadway Link Roundabout.

2. Broadway Link Roundabout, A132, Broadmayne Roundabout, East Mayne, Felmores Roundabout, East Mayne, East Mayne Roundabout, East Mayne, Nevendon Road Roundabout, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A127 to A132 Eastbound, A127, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road A130 to A127 Eastbound, A1245.

The Order came into effect on 24th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
