(51.426735, -1.000334) FOR THE GRANT/ VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE, OR CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE FOR THE FOLLOWING List of licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol off the premises Monday-Sunday 06:00-00:00 The provision of late-night refreshment: Monday-Sunday 23:00-00:00.
Under the provisions of Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licences & Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005 the above-named person has applied for the GRANT of the premises licence or club premises certificate.
