AMEC is currently preparing a planning application for mixed use development on land North and East of Barrow Farm, on behalf of Robert Hitchins Limited.
The development would be for up to 500 homes of a range of types and sizes including affordable homes, together with open space, play areas, employment and a new primary school.
A public consultation even has been arranged to provide an opportunity for us to ourline our plans and listen to your thoughts on the proposed development.
