Licensing Act 2003 Eweleaze Farm Ltd
has applied to West Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at Shortlake Farm, Shortlake Lane Weymouth, DT3 6EF and propose to carry out the following activities:

Sale of Alcohol between the hours of 0800 and 2300, Monday to Sunday Applications are available for public inspection at West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, DT1 1UZ, or on www.dorsetforyou.com

Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 1 and 28 May 2014.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
