Notice is hereby given that we, Shotley Bridge Cricket Club, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as SHOTLEY BRIDGE CRICKET CLUB, THE SPA GROUNDS, SHOTLEY BRIDGE, CONSETT, CO DURHAM. DH8 0TN for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:- The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment (including live and recorded music) and late night refreshment between the hours of 11:00 - 00:30 Monday to Sunday inclusive. Activities to take place indoors and also outdoors (in a marquee). A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 21st May 2014 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ Or e-mail to licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
