CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS CLIFTON ROAD. SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Clifton Road, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place,
a) no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Clifton Road at its junction with Selhurst Road;
b) Free Parking will be temporarily suspended outside No.1 to No.12 Alverstone Gardens.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Selhurst Road, Park Road, Bungalow Road and Clifton Road as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 21 September 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 1 day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works on behalf of UKPN they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Cobden Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Cobden Road will be closed between the common boundaries of Nos. 18 and 20 Cobden Road and Nos. 83 and 85 Cobden Road.
3. During the closure the diversion route for traffic will be via Denmark Road and Enmore Road and vice versa.
4. The Order will come into operation on 05 July 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate Thames Water works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Grecian Crescent, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place,
(a) no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Grecian Crescent
at its junction with Beulah Hill; lb) Parking bays will be temporarily suspended outside No.316 Beulah
Hill.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Beulah Hill, Preston Road and Grecian Crescent as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 23 August 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 3 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 NORTHWOOD AVENUE. PURLEY TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING & PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new electric cable, they have made an Order to the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking and pedestrian traffic in Northwood Avenue, Purley.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) Parking in Northwood Avenue will be suspended on both sides of the road and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time between its junction with Higher Drive and the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 Northwood Avenue;
(b) The footways on both sides of the above section of Northwood Avenue will be closed alternately during the works and pedestrians will be directed to the opposite footway.
3. The Order will come into operation on 05 July 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 16 July 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a tower crane installation, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements in Scarbrook Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place,
(a) Scarbrook Road will be closed outside No.58 to No.72 Scarbrook Road;
(b) Parking bays will be temporarily suspended outside and opposite No.58 to No.72 Scarbrook Road.
(c) Any other temporary traffic management measures as required to facilitate the tower crane installation.
3. During the closure the alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Charles Street, Edridge Road, Fell Road, High Street and Whitgift Street as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 24 July 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within 15 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS ZION ROAD. THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a mains clamp on behalf of Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit traffic in Zion Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Zion Road will be closed to vehicular traffic between the junction with Zion Place and the northern boundary of No. 42 Zion Road.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative routes for diverted traffic will be via Whitehorse Road, High Street, Nursery Road and Zion Road, or via Nursery Road, High Street, Brigstock Road, Bensham Manor Road, Zion Place and reversed, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 02 July 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within two days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED. THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS NORTH DOWNS CRESCENT. NEW ADDINGTON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate pipe laying works on behalf of SGN they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict parking in North Downs Crescent, New Addington.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and temporary waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced operating "at any time" on both sides of North Downs Crescent between its junction with North Downs Road and a point 15 metres north-west of the common boundary of Nos. 85 and 87 North Downs Crescent.
3. The Order will come into operation on the 19 July 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 WHYTECLIFFE ROAD NORTH. PURLEY TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate building development works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Whytecliffe Road North, Purley.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, temporary double yellow line waiting restrictions operating 'at any time' will be introduced in Whytecliffe Road North,:-
(a) On the south-east (even-numbered) side between its junction with Redbarn Close and its south-western extremity;
(b) On the north-west (odd-numbered) side between its south-western extremity and a point 16 metres north-east of that extremity (extending to the southwestern end of the free parking bay).
3. The Order will come into operation on 19 July 2021 and will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) a vehicle being used to carry out the said works;
(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
