NOTICE OF VARIATION APPLICATION
Notice is given that: ELEGANCE LOUNGE LIMITED has applied to London Borough of Bexley for the variation of the PREMISES LICENCE issued in respect of the premises known as: ELEGANCE LOUNGE situated at: 167 BROADWAY, BEXLEYHEATH, KENT, DA6 7ES
The application seeks to vary the licence as follows:
1.EXTEND THE HOURS UNTIL 24:30 HOURS ON SUNDAYS TO THURSDAYS AND ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS UNTIL 02:30 HOURS;
2.CHANGE THE PLAN ATTACHED AS PART OF THE PREMISES LICENCE; AND
3.REMOVE A NUMBER OF CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE PREMISES LICENCE ASWELL AS ADD A NUMBER OF CONDITIONS
