Notice of Application for Hazardous Substance Consent THE PLANNING (HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES) ACT 1990 THE PLANNING (HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES) REGULATIONS 1992 (REGULATION 6) I give notice that FRONTIER AGRICULTURE LTD is applying to HAMBLETON DISTRICT COUNCIL for a variation to its Hazardous Substance Consent at Oak Tree Farm, Topcliffe, Thirsk, North Yorkshire YO7 3SD. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Frontier Agriculture Limited, Oak Tree Farm, Topcliffe, Thirsk, North Yorkshire YO7 3SD between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday until 22/5/14.
