Cocktails At Home UK LTD has made an application to Bolton Council for a premises licence for: Unit 15 Stone Hill Business Park, Stone Hill Road, BL4 9NG. The relevant activities intended to provide at the premises are: Online alcohol sales for consumption off-premises between 00:00-23:59 daily. Premises opening hours 08:00-23:00 daily. The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, 2nd floor, Paderborn House, BL11QY between 09:00 & 16:30, Mon to Fri. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council in writing regarding the application within 28 days of the application, that day being Mon 14/06/2021. The last day for representations to be made will be Mon 12/07/2021. Due to the COV-19 arrangements all inspections & representation must be made electronically. Please contact the Licensing Team at licensing.unit@bolton.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
