Licensing Act 2003

- The Coconut Tree Limited has applied for a premises license under Licensing Act 2003 to Reading Borough council in respect for the premises to be known as The Coconut Tree (formerly Zizzi Restaurant) at 64-72, Kings Road, Reading RG1 3BJ.

- Licensable activities under the premises License certificate are
a. For the provision of Late night refreshments on Monday to Saturday from 2300 hours until 0030 hours. Sundays From 2300 hours until 0000 hours
b. For the sale by retail, on & Off Premises of alcohol on Monday to Saturday from 1000 hours until 0000 hours. Sundays From 1200 Hours until 2330 Hours.

- Public Notice is displayed at or on the premises to which the application relates, where it could be conveniently read from the exterior of the premises for a period of 28 days from 16th June 2021 until 13th July 2021. Representation must be received no later than 13th July 2021.
