Notice of Application for Premises Licence
I/We, ADMORE TSHUMA hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 365 LONDON ROAD WESTCLIFF ON SEA, SS0 7JG. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are SELLING ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION ON AND OFF THE PRESMISES FROM 1100-2300 MONDAY TO SUNDAY. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 11th July 2021. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
