PUBLIC FOOTPATH 940

THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON hereby gives notice of an Order made without modification under legislation: section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, to divert footpath 940 which runs from Church Street, Croydon and on to Howley Road and across Roman Way to St John's Road. The section of the footpath which links to St John's Road is routed via the subway under Roman Way and associated steps and ramps as shown on the Order plan drawing number P-767-001SK-001 Rev A.
COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND RELEVANT ORDER PLANS are
available for inspection at all reasonable hours at the Council's Access Croydon Reception Desk, Ground Floor, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1EA in the six weeks commencing Thursday 24 June 2021 or may be obtained free of charge, on request to London Borough of Croydon (quoting reference P-767-001 SK-001 Rev A) at the above address.
ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made have not been complied with, may within six weeks of Thursday 24 June 2021, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included therein. In submitting an objection it should be noted that your personal data and correspondence will be passed to the applicant to enable your objection to be considered. If you do not want your personal data to be forwarded, please state your reasons when submitting your objection.

The Croydon (Prohibition and Restriction of Stopping. Loading and Waiting) and (Free Parking Places) (No.4) Order 2021
The Croydon (On-Street Charged-For Parking Places) (No.4) Order 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 21 June 2021 made the above Traffic Orders under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
1. The general effect of the Orders will be to:-a) designate a new parking place at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons' badge may be left without charge or time limit in the following location.

Oaks Road, Kenley
Outside No. 91 and partially across the frontage of No. 89

b) Amend the map-based tiles to the Schedule attached to the above Orders so as to accurately represent the new parking arrangements as they exist on site.


2. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 25 June 2021, and of all associated Orders can be inspected from 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, at the "Access Croydon'' Facility, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.

3. Copies of the Orders may be obtained from the Parking Design Team, 6th Floor, Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CRO 1 EA (email: parking.design@croydon.gov.uk).

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

The Crovdon (Prohibition and Restriction of Stopping. Loading and Waiting)
and (Free Parking Places) (Amendment No. V16) Order 20-The Crovdon (On-Street Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.V17) Order 20-
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council proposes to make the above Traffic Orders under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
1. The general effect of the Orders would be to:
a) Revoke the disabled parking places in the vicinity of No.10 Auckland Close, Upper Norwood, No.37 Boswell Road, Thornton Heath, No. 83 Cobden Road, South Norwood, No.29 Compton Road, Croydon, No. 6 Dalmally Road, Croydon, No. 41 Granville Close, Croydon, No. 44 Granville Close, Croydon, No. 16 Ivers Way, Croydon, No. 37 Keston Road, Thornton Heath, No. 19 Milne Park East, New Addington, No. 213 Morland Road, Croydon, No.32 Napier Road, South Croydon, No.16 Ross Road, South Norwood, No. 11A South Vale, Upper Norwood, No. 78 Totton Road, Thornton Heath, and No. 31 Whitehall Road, Thornton Heath.

c) Amend the map-based tiles to the Schedule attached to the above Orders so as to accurately represent the new parking arrangements as they exist on site.
2. A copy of the proposed Orders and of all related Orders, of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and of the plans which indicate each length of road to which the Orders relate,

can be inspected by appointment between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the Enquiry Counter, 'Access Croydon' Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1 EA. Further information and copies of the proposed Order and plans may be obtained by email from the Parking Design Team (email address below).
3. Persons desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the, Parking Design Team, Place Department, 6th Floor, Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1 EA or by emailing Parking.Design@croydon.gov.uk quoting the reference: PD/CH/V16 & V17 by 15 July 2021.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
GLADE GARDENS. CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate new connection works on behalf of UKPN they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Glade Gardens, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Glade Gardens will be closed outside No. 25 Glade Gardens.

3. The Order will come into operation on 09 July 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out with five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
HAMILTON ROAD. THORNTON HEATH
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new gas service on behalf of SGN, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit parking in Hamilton Road, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time on both sides of Hamilton Road for a distance of 15 metres north-east of the north-eastern boundary of No. 41a Hamilton Road and for a distance of 15 metres south-west of the south-western boundary of 41 a Hamilton Road.

3. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

4. The Order will come into operation on 12 July 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

CROYDON COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS HOOK HILL. SOUTH CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Hook Hill.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Hook Hill will be closed outside No. 10 Hook Hill.

3. Whilst the closure is in place the alternative route for traffic will be via Hook Hill, Arkwright Road, The Ridgeway, Hook Hill and vice versa, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 09 July 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within one day. However the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:


(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984. SECTION 16A AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION (SPECIAL EVENTS) ACT 1994
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER SOUTH NORWOOD FESTIVAL. SOUTH NORWOOD ASSOCIATED RESTRICTIONS

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the South Norwood Festival they intend to make a Traffic Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Lawrence Road and Cargreen Road.

2. During the festival the effect of the Order will be to:-

(a) Close Cargreen Road between the park entrance and its junction with Lawrence Road;

(b) Suspend parking and introduce waiting and loading restrictions operating "at any time" on the north-east (odd-numbered) side of Lawrence Road;

(c) Suspend parking and introduce waiting and loading restrictions operating "at any time" on both sides of Cargreen Road between the park entrance and its junction with Lawrence Road.

3. The provisions of the Order will not prevent access being maintained for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which this Order relates, or to any other premises accessible from, and only from such a road.

4. The Order will come into effect on 18 July 2021 and will remain in force for one day.
