Notice is hereby given that Mr Pritpal Singh Chopra has applied to Reading Borough Council for Premises Licence. Proposed Licensing Activities are: Retail sale of alcohol: Monday -Sunday 08:00 - 23:00. For the following premises: B&P Local Convenience Store I Orts Road, Reading, RG1 3JL Details of the application can be viewed on the council's website http://www.reading.gov.uk  or by contacting the licensing team on 0118 9373762. Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licen­sing Team, Reading Borough Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG2 ILU in writing or via emai licensing@reading.gov.uk by 15th July 2021 stating the grounds upon whicn the representation is made in relation to the four licensing objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. Persons making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before a Licensing Sub Committee of the Council. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
