Notice of Application for a Premises Licence We Legend Deli Limited, hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 420, Sutton Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 5EZ. The relevant licensable activity which it is proposed will be carried on is the supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises between 12.00 and 22.00 daily. Opening hours are the same. Responsible authorities or any person may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 20th July 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
