In the estate of Peter Michael Paxton deceased. Notice is hereby given persuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act, 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Peter Michael Paxton late of 35, Cooper Lane, Potto, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL6 3HE who died on 12th February 2014 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Executor before the 4th July 2014 after which date the Executor will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which he has had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest he shall not then have notice.
