NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: The Old Cheese Factory, Deans Cross to Broad Oak, Lydeard St Lawrence, Taunton Somerset TA4 3QN. Take notice that application is being made by: Westowe Works Ltd for planning permission for: Change of use of land from Class B8 to Class E (former B1(b) and B1(c) excluding for B1(c) offices, and former A1 shops), external alterations and the erection of a retail unit for use as local workshops and manufacturing space and retail shop. The application has been submitted to Somerset West and Taunton Council, The Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton TA1 1HE. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice. Signed Mr P Higginbottom. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
