(VARIOUS ROADS. ROWBARTON. TAUNTON) (VARIOUS TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2021
Notice is hereby given that on Friday 18th June 2021 Somerset County Council made the above order in pursuance of the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 1st April 2021 to introduce various traffic restrictions on the lengths of road as specified in the Schedules to this Order.
The Order comes into effect on the 24th June 2021.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act), or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
