NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Kilby Close, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road south eastwards, south westwards and north eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Batchworth Lane, Northwood from its junction with Portland Heights south westwards to its junction with Sandy Lodge Way, a distance of approximately 975m.
An alternative route will be via Batchworth Lane, A4125 (Sandy Lane/Watford Road), B469 Green Lane, A4125 (Church Road/High Street), A404 (Rickmansworth Road/London Road) and Batchworth Lane.
2. that length of Andross Avenue, Northwood from its junction with Batchworth Lane south eastwards and clockwise for its entire length. 3. that length of Easthury Road, Northwood from its junction with Batchworth Lane south eastwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 380m.
An alternative route will be via Batchworth Lane, Davenham Avenue, Eastbury Avenue and Eastbury Road.
4. that length of St Marys Avenue, Northwood from its junction with Batchworth Lane south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with Eastbury Road, a distance of approximately 397m.
An alternative route will be via Batchworth Lane and Eastbury Road.
5. that length of Valley Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with The Drive north westwards, south westwards, north westwards and south westwards to its junction with Berry Lane, a distance of approximately 1516m.
An alternative route will be via Valley Road, The Drive, A404 (Chorleywood Road/ Rickmansworth Road), Dog Kennel Lane and Berry Lane.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (CHURCH LANE, RICKMANSWORTH) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions in parts of Rickmansworth as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The Order will come into effect on Monday 12 July 2021. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are held on deposit and may be viewed from 25 June 2021 to 6 August 2021 during normal office hours, at Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford.
