Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in accordance with the above act: Name of applicant: LAB 127 Ltd. 1 twenty 7 cafe & open kitchen. Postal address of premises: 127 High Street, Northallerton, DL7 8EA. Proposed licensable activities or proposed variation to licensable activities: sell and supply of alcohol. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Rotary Way, Northallerton DL6 2UU. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later than 9th July 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
